Prior to founding Launch Zone Labs, Richard managed massive data infrastructures as a Business Intelligence Developer and Global FP&A Analyst for Gilbarco Veeder-Root. In these roles, he architected global reporting systems that processed over $3 million in daily revenue across multiple international factories. His experience building secure, scalable solutions in PowerBI and Snowflake gave him a foundational understanding of the rigorous data architecture and compliance requirements needed by enterprise stakeholders.

In addition to his technology leadership, Richard founded a digital marketing agency in 2023 specializing in advanced Google & Meta Ads architecture and lead generation for competitive service industries. This hands-on experience in the trenches of customer acquisition informs his approach to software development, allowing him to build digital products that are not only technically sound but meticulously engineered for maximum user conversion.

Lee Zhang is a Co-Founder and Technical Lead at Launch Zone Labs, where he architects the foundational backend systems and databases that power high-performance digital platforms. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience in software engineering and data architecture, Lee specializes in modernizing legacy systems, building secure APIs, and developing highly scalable data pipelines.

Prior to Launch Zone Labs, Lee served as a Senior Software Engineer at Signify Health. In this role, he led the technical transition from legacy SQL databases to real-time streaming architectures, successfully managing data platforms that processed records for over 50 million individuals. Earlier in his career, Lee was a Software Developer at Epic, where he designed and implemented critical billing, payment, and secure messaging systems for MyChart, the top-rated healthcare application on the App Store.

This deep background in enterprise healthcare technology instilled a rigorous approach to data security, complex integrations, and system reliability. Barron Blackman is the Systems Architect at Launch Zone Labs, where he designs the foundational blueprints that orchestrate seamless communication across complex APIs and disparate backend environments. Bringing over 25 years of enterprise IT experience, Barron ensures that every digital platform is rooted in a highly secure, scalable, and resilient data architecture before any front-end development begins.

Prior to his work with Launch Zone Labs, Barron held senior technical leadership roles shaping modern cloud infrastructure, including serving as a Cloud Architect at Signify Health and Principal Architect at RapidAI. His extensive background also includes specialized expertise as a Senior Snowflake Architect, where he engineered advanced, high-volume data environments for enterprise organizations.

Barron’s career evolution—from deep-level Database Administration for established entities like Whataburger to pioneering modern healthcare cloud architecture—gives him a rare, comprehensive view of both legacy data structures and cutting-edge technology.
